Is there a cost for RideArrangers services?
Answer: Ride matching, carpool information, telework services and Bike to Work Day are all free services. Vanpool has a monthly fee that is much lower than commuting alone. RideArrangers outreach consultants are available at no cost to work with employers to establish alternative transportation programs.

Why should I chose an alternative to driving alone?
Answer: Commuters have various reasons they chose alternatives; saving money, saving time, making new friends and helping the environment are just a few reasons to chose an alternative. If everyone driving alone would share the ride or telework traffic congestion would be reduced and the environmental impact would significant.

How do I register to find the alternative options I have?
Answer: Registration is easy and free. Click here to register and you will be given many options including possible carpool and vanpool matches. Once you create an account you will be able to log your trips, view your achievements and receive information about alternatives in your area. You can also meet new people and may find a ride match very close to your home or work!

What if I register and don't find any matches near me?
Answer: New people are joining the ride matching service every day, if you don't receive a match right away keep returning to the site. You can also select to receive emails when new people matching your trip criteria join.
