When you provide personal information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address, to any of RideArrangers ride-matching services, including our car, school, and vanpool programs, we may share your personal information with other nonprofit transportation management services with common goals and purposes in order to provide you with better ride-matching options.
PARTICIPATION DISCLAIMER
Participation in any RideArrangers activities, including any Bike to Work Day; school, car and vanpool program, or any other RideArrangers activity is at the participant's sole risk, and the Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG) has no responsibility or liability for the safety or security of any person or property used in such activities. Participation in a RideArrangers activity constitutes participant's agreement to release DRCOG, its Board of Directors, members, officers, employees, agents and volunteers from any liabilities, damages or expenses of any kind whatsoever arising from such participation, including without limitation, injury to person or damage to or theft of property.
