How do I register my company for Bike to Work Day?
Answer: please follow the easy steps below:

   - Click on Register for Bike to Work Day

   - Create an account (remember to check your email for the verification email)

   - Click on "Coordinate for your business" in the "My Tasks" box

   - Fill out the short questionnaire and submit

You are now ready for your employees to register and select your company!



What if my employees registered before I set up my company?
Answer: Once your company is registered, please notify your employees and they can login to "Edit Participation" and select your company from the drop-down menu.



Can a coordinator move employees to their organization?
Answer: The new system enables employees to edit their own participation, they can login and change their company selection at any time.



Why should I participate in Bike to Work Day?
Answer: It's fun, great exercise and helps reduce traffic congestion and improve air quality. You can get your exercise for the day and enjoy your commute to work all while improving the environment.


Why should I register for Bike to Work Day?
Answer: You can win great prizes! And, because Bike to Work Day is a federally funded event, registrations enable RideArrangers to correctly report the impact of taking 25,000 or more vehicles off the road that day, which helps ensure future funding for the event.


Do I need a user name for ordering a t-shirt?
Answer: Yes, when you visit the site to order a t-shirt, you are on the Specialty Incentives website (the t-shirt vendor for 2011). For security on their site they request you create a user name and password so your payment information is secure and you can track your order. The user name and password does not transfer from the Bike to Work Day site as the sites are administered by different companies.
